We’re proud to offer local Dalmatian dishes as they once were, and how our grandparents used to prepare them.

Besides, in the fertile lands of Donje Polje of Šibenik, we grow and produce most of the products we use: vegetables, olive oil, wine, honey, and also sheep cheese.

 

The lamb we prepare is also homegrown, from domestic production originating from the Dalmatian inland, just like piglets, roosters, and our other meat products.

 

Serving homemade bread baked on fire with all the dishes, and for those who enjoy seafood, we prepare squid and octopus under the bell, among other things.

There are also options for vegetarians and vegans, and for those with the sweet tooth, we always have ready-made desserts.
